AImock · agent orchestration with Claude

Your own team of AI agents. Watch them work.

AImock runs teams of Claude agents on your computer. Build a team for anything, give it a goal, and follow it on a live map: every Claude context is a little sea star running around a pixel maze, and the fuller the context, the bigger the star. Be super efficient: step in only when a star blinks.

✦ The map

Watch every context run around.

Every Claude Code session on your computer is one context, and on the map it is a little sea star in a pixel maze that spells LIFEMOCK. The more the context holds, the bigger the star. Working ones run, ones that need you stop and blink red, and the subagents and teammates a session brings in circle it as small stars. Click a star to read what it is doing right now.

  • One star per context: the bigger the star, the fuller the context
  • Live: a star moves a second after Claude writes
  • Blinks, and chimes if you like, when a session needs you
  • Your 5-hour and weekly Claude limits at a glance
Running a session at work, one context
Blinking red done, waiting on you
Crown a team lead; its teammates circle it as small stars
Bigger star a fuller context

✦ Agents

Build your own team, for anything.

A business, a book, an app, a job hunt. Start from a ready-made team, pick agents from a list, or write your own from scratch. One lead takes your goal, makes a plan and brings in the agents it needs. They talk on a message board, keep notebooks, and tomorrow they pick up where they stopped today.

  • You choose the agents: names, jobs, instructions, even faces
  • Nothing real is sent, posted or paid before you approve the plan
  • Memory between runs, in plain files on your own computer

⚑ Coding teams

Connect GitHub. Make magic happen.

Point a team at a GitHub issue, or just describe the task. Pick the repo and the teammates: backend, frontend, QA. The lead asks its questions and shows you its plan; once you approve, the team writes the code, tests it and opens a draft pull request. You follow every step live.

  • From issue to draft pull request, with tests
  • Answer questions and approve plans right on the page
  • A task board, every message, and a stop button for the whole team

#42 Login button does nothing on mobile

  1. Lead read the issue and asked 2 questions
  2. You approved the plan
  3. frontender fixed the button
  4. qa 14 tests passed
  5. Draft pull request opened. Ding ding!

How it works

Mara and Finn explain it.

They live inside AImock and run its how-to. Here is the short version, in about a minute. In the app you can even hire one of them to lead your team.

Mara

Claude Code usually works as one assistant. With AImock you build a whole team: a lead, plus as many agents as you like, each with its own job, instructions and memory.

Finn

Which jobs? That’s up to you. A bakery wants different agents than a novelist or an app studio.

A bakery
  • Manager lead
  • Finance
  • Ads
  • Sales
A novel
  • Editor-in-chief lead
  • Researcher
  • Plot doctor
  • Proofreader
An app
  • Producer lead
  • Designer
  • Coder
  • Tester
Mara

You give the lead a goal. It asks you a few questions first, right on the page, and then it shows you its plan.

  1. Finance sets the budget and the spring prices.
  2. Ads writes three ads and picks who sees them.
  3. Sales drafts an offer for last year’s customers.

See that red box? Everything real is in it: what gets sent, posted or paid, to whom, and how much. Nothing real happens before you click Approve.

Mara

Then the agents get to work. On the map every Claude context is a sea star running through the maze: the lead is the one with the little crown, and the agents it brings in circle around it.

Finn

The fuller a context gets, the bigger its star. And when one needs you, it stops and blinks red. Answer it, and off it runs again.

Mara

The team talks on a message board. Agents post to each other and to you, and you post back, to everyone or to just one of them.

Finn

And they remember! Every agent keeps a notebook, and the lead keeps STATUS.md. Tomorrow the team picks up exactly where it stopped today.

Mara

It’s all plain files in a folder on your computer. No database, nothing hidden, nothing uploaded anywhere.

Finn

Writing code? Open Coding teams, connect your GitHub, and hand an issue to a team. They plan it with you, write it, test it and open a pull request.

Mara

One honest warning: every agent is a full Claude session, so a team uses your Claude plan faster than a single chat. Give it goals worth a team.

Finn

And AImock itself? Free for now. Grab it while it lasts, captain.

What you need

Four things, and you probably have most of them.

  1. 1
    A paid Claude plan

Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise. Your agents run on your own Claude subscription; the free Claude plan doesn’t include Claude Code.

  2. 2
    The Claude desktop app

With Claude Code, its Code tab. That is where your agents actually work; AImock organises them and shows you what they do.

  3. 3
The Claude Code CLI? No extra install

AImock uses the copy of Claude Code that comes inside the Claude app. You sign it in once, and AImock gives you a button for that. Already use Claude Code in a terminal? That works too.

  4. 4
    For Coding teams: GitHub

A GitHub account, plus git and the GitHub CLI, signed in. AImock checks every step and hands you the command to copy.

Runs on Windows 11 and macOS. Nothing is uploaded: AImock only reads what Claude Code writes on your own computer.
